Online appointment booking
We're introducing a new online booking system for Yuno clinics. Some types of in-person appointments will be available to book through the website instead of by the phone. We will be expanding this option gradually throughout Autumn 2026.
How does it work?
Our online appointment booking system gives you direct access to book an in-person appointment at our clinics in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
Where available, you will see an online booking link for the service you need. Not all our services are offering online booking yet, so you may be directed to our clinic information page so you can call and make an appointment over the phone.
Our online appointment booking system is called Lilie Hub. To get started, you'll need to register and provide some personal details using our secure online system. You'll be able to book and cancel your appointments through this system.
What if no appointments are available online?
New appointments are released on a regular basis. As we roll out the new booking system, availability of appointments may change while we test and improve the service. If you cannot find a suitable appointment, then call us on 0117 342 6900.
What can I book an appointment for?
To begin, online booking is available for certain types of appointment. For example, PrEP appointments can be booked through the new system, and when you use our site you'll be given the choice of ordering PrEP online or booking aan in-person appointment using the new booking system.
We are introducing online booking gradually, and over time will have more types of appointments available for online booking.
