Yuno is provided by the NHS and trusted sexual health and wellbeing organisations working together across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire:
SH:24 provide clinically supported online services through the Yuno website.
University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) provides in-person clinical services and the pregnancy advisory service, including abortion care.
UHBW partners with North Bristol NHS Trust and Brook to support under-25s.
Brook works with Brigstowe, a local charity, to deliver targeted community-based support for people who may need support to access services.
Our aim is to provide high-quality, accessible, and confidential sexual health support — wherever and however you need it.

About SH:24
SH:24 is a free digital sexual health service, delivered in partnership with the NHS. The Yuno website and online services are powered by SH:24.
We make it easier for you to manage your sexual health. We provide free test kits, contraception, information and specialist advice – 24 hours a day. It’s quick, discreet and completely confidential.
SH:24 was set up by a team of public health professionals, sexual health clinicians, designers and academics. And it’s designed around your needs. It works alongside existing sexual health services with the simple aim of improving health and wellbeing.
Contact SH:24 if you have questions about online orders, at-home STI tests or your results.

About Brigstowe
Brigstowe is a local charity offering free confidential and independent advice and support for people affected by HIV and other long term health conditions.
Brigstowe has a range of support services for people living with HIV including advice, peer mentoring and a peer support group. We will also be providing HIV and sexual health information, advice and support to those who face greater health inequalities.
We pride ourselves on treating our clients with respect and dignity, with the highest regard for confidentiality. We work hard to ensure that our services are accessible, person-centred, non-judgemental, professional and of a high quality at all times. We seek to keep clients at the heart of all we do.
