The risk of HIV exposure is very low if:

• you used a condom during sex

• you only had oral sex

• you know that the person you had sex with tested negative for HIV

• you had sex with someone who has HIV, is on treatment and has an undetectable viral load

• you take PrEP and have taken it correctly
